The Integrated Men's Fund honors the extraordinary leadership of Paul Dome, whose life exemplified the values of creative inquiry and emotional intelligence. Each scholarship award grants the recipient coaching at reduced rates.
All male-identifying individuals in pursuit of resources and pathways for vision and creative purpose are eligible to apply.

Paul Dome was an accomplished professional creative and leader who was committed to fostering meaning and satisfaction. In his own life and in support of others, Paul was passionate about emotional and cognitive development. He advocated for self-inquiry, resilience, compassion, and agency to honor and validate our lived experiences and felt senses. His creativity, empathy, and unwavering support of his family, friends, and community remain a source of inspiration for everyone who had the gift of knowing him.
For Paul, creative process was more than a profession. It was a lifestyle. It's our goal that Paul's passion for creative process continue to support those peers who share in his lifelong committment to harmonize achievement with emotional intelligence and cognitive wellbeing.
Scholarship Terms and Conditions

Scope of Award & Selection
This scholarship reduces the cost of coaching with Hemispheres' principal coach and partner coaches. Any male-identifying individual 18 years of age or older is eligible to apply. All recipients are approved to receive coaching at a rate of $150/session. Additional supplements are awarded based on availability. ​
​Terms
- Scholarships are awarded at Hemispheres' sole discretion based on funding available at the time of application
- Recipients are required to sign a participation agreement affirming the scope and context of the coaching partnership
