Mick MacComascaigh
Managing Vice President
Gartner
"I have engaged Cherie for coaching and advisory for more than five years. The cumulative experience and effect have been nothing short of extraordinary. Whether I’ve engaged her with an outcome in mind or to develop nebulous ideas where I wouldn’t know where to start, my results have been incredible. She's been instrumental in many recent personal and professional successes.
As a coach, Cherie’s approach skillfully and sequentially invokes different parts of my mind that lead me to stunning realizations. I was unaware anyone could so quickly and effectively “unlock” capabilities my mind was hitherto unable to access. Her innate skills and applied cognitive coaching methods opened for me whole new thinking patterns and processes, and have had an immensely positive impact on my outcomes.

Cherie uses a wonderful, effective combination of contextual strategic inquiry, sound boarding, and (when mentoring) raw advisory. She is able to draw deftly upon vast expertise to offer extraordinary perspective and insight. One such insight led to a paradigm shift in my presentation strategy, for example, to the effect of unprecedented recognition and speaker scores.

I am not being hyperbolic when I say that in my experience, Cherie’s partnership has been inspirational and epiphanic. I strongly recommend her services to any individual or organization who wishes to exploit their full potential by raising their bar of aspirations and unleashing untapped resources to achieve them."
