Strategist

“I have watched the process Cherie uses work so consistently that it's become instrumental in my own personal and professional development; I trust it implicitly to help me see around corners.

As a coach, Cherie practices without judgment and with methodical, rigorous acuity. I leave every conversation with insights and new resources. As an advocate, Cherie is invaluable to have on your team, because she brings a wealth of information and technique in service to your own goals. She intuitively identifies those factors that are sure to influence your outcomes, which is particularly helpful for stakeholder management.

Before I ever engaged Cherie for partnership, I admired her effectiveness as a strategist. Over a period of 10 years I witnessed her successes numerously, first-hand. She has a gift for cultivating outcomes, even in extremely complex spaces. She systematically uses conversations to develop stakeholder suppositions and create consensus. I can't count the number of times she's brought stakeholders into agreement when they started strongly at odds. Most importantly, she promotes continuity between conversations so that everyone involved experiences tangible progress.

I think it's significant that when I need clarity or have a stakeholder challenge, my husband often asks, "Have you talked to Cherie about it?" Any time I am at a crossroads I consciously ask myself the questions I think Cherie would ask, in the sequence she would ask them. If I'm working with stakeholders to try to build alignment, I embody whatever I can of her process. If you want to make big changes happen, Cherie is one of the most effective humans you could wish to have in your corner.”
