Cherie Dikelsky, ACC, ECPC is a trusted pathfinding partner to visionaries whose success thrives on scope of mind.

As the founder and principal success coach at  Hemispheres Coaching & Advocacy, Cherie brings two decades of study to the development of thinking and behavior frameworks. Her journey in behavior design was profoundly influenced by brain injury, transforming her passion for brainsavvy into a calling. Today, her tools help transform uncertainties into vital, visionary spaces that expand discoverable pathways and resources—and create lasting neuroplastic change.

Cherie's work as a coach and strategist is distinguished by her focus on transformation practice and thought leadership. She has served on advisory boards for award-winning behavior design frameworks and led breakthrough transformation programs for national and global organizations, including the US Federal Reserve System, the American Medical Association, and the American Hospital Association.

A dedicated advocate for brainsavvy as a path to social justice, Cherie serves on the Board of Directors at the Global Association for Interpersonal Neurobiology (GAINS) and sponsors culture and practice fellowships to promote progress. In her spare time, she provides pro bono support for social and cultural advocacy programs including @thebrainsavvycoach. Cherie is a certified member of the International Coaching Federation (ACC), an Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC), and a member of the Mindsight Institute's practice community. She holds a BFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.

Maia Bielak, LMT, RYT

Maia Bielak, LMT, RYT is a partner coach who provides trauma-informed support to individual and group clients in our coaching program. Her compassionate approach to mind-body inquiry helps our clients to discover organic pathways to nervous system calm by harnessing the power of somatic experiences for neuroplastic healing and evolution. 


Maia's background includes more than 20 years in interdisciplinary wellness, including trauma-informed somatic inquiry and coaching, polyvagal theory, and master-level practice in therapeutic arts.  She has served as a practice leader for world-renowned mind-body programs—including training and leadership for ~100 practitioners at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health—and continues to serve as a trusted advisor to community organizations on the subject of wellness integrations.

Maia holds numerous certifications in mind-body integration, narrative medicine and somatics, including meditation and yoga certifications. She holds a certificate of advanced learning from Somatic Experiencing International and is an ongoing student of interpersonal neurobiology at the Mindsight Institute. Maia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University.  


In addition to her work as a wellness practitioner, Maia's practice as a Medicine Artist includes numerous privately sponsored and community-based projects, from large-scale art installations to children’s art and wellness education programs.
